1 General Terms & Conditions

4 Deposits & Payments

GameHub accepts deposits via popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from GameHub, certain conditions must be met. We want to ensure the withdrawal process is transparent and efficient.

  • Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
  • Processing time: typically within 15 minutes to 24 hours
  • Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete
  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
  • Multiple withdrawal requests can be made on the same day

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. GameHub reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

GameHub regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page.

Running multiple bonuses simultaneously may not be permitted. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim them through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses and winnings being cancelled. GameHub reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on GameHub are conducted fairly and transparently. Every game outcome is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and is regularly audited by independent third parties.

  • Game results are final and cannot be changed.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, GameHub reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
  • Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change; the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
  • In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino game, the outcome will be determined from the game history.

Maximum bet limits are set separately for each game. Any bet placed beyond the limit will be automatically rejected.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GameHub. If any of these are found to have occurred, the account will be permanently suspended and the balance may be forfeited:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
  • Using automated bots or software to play games.
  • Deliberately exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system.
  • Using another person's account without their permission.
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
If suspicious activity is detected, GameHub may temporarily suspend an account for investigation without prior notice.

9 Account Closure & Restrictions

GameHub reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
  • Registering with false or misleading information.

  • Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
  • For legal or regulatory reasons.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
