Gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress or hardship. GameHub believes every player has the right to know their limits and enjoy the experience within them. On this page, we cover every aspect of responsible gaming in detail.
GameHub's Approach & Commitment
Responsible Gaming means treating gaming as a mindful, controlled form of entertainment — not a path to addiction or financial hardship. Online gaming continues to grow in popularity across Bangladesh, and GameHub believes that as a responsible platform, it's our duty to give every player the right information and tools to play with awareness.
Gaming is meant to be fun. But when someone keeps playing to chase losses, hides their gaming from family and friends, or dips into household money to fund it — it stops being entertainment and becomes a problem. Responsible gaming exists to help prevent exactly that.
Responsible gaming at GameHub isn't confined to a single section — it's built into the very foundation of our platform. From registration through every transaction, we put our users' wellbeing first.
We believe that with the right information and tools, most people can game responsibly on their own. Our job is to make that as easy as possible.
GameHub gives you full control over your own gaming experience
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately once set. If you increase a limit, the change only kicks in after 7 days — so you won't make impulsive decisions in the heat of the moment.
Decide how long you'll play each day before you start. When the time is up, GameHub will automatically end your session. This helps prevent wasted time and supports a healthier lifestyle.
If you need a short break, set a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days. During this time you won't be able to log in, but your account will remain fully active.
If you need a longer break, you can self-exclude for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. During this period, account access will be fully suspended and no promotional messages will be sent.
If your losses exceed a set amount, your session will automatically stop. This feature acts as a strong financial safeguard.
At set intervals, a message will appear on screen showing how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost — keeping you aware of where things stand.

Self-exclusion is the most effective step you can take to protect yourself
Whether it's your own decision or on the advice of someone close to you, choosing to take a break is not weakness — it's a courageous step.
Go to account settings, select "Self-Exclusion", and choose your preferred duration (6 months–5 years).
Your account will be locked as soon as you confirm. No promotional emails or messages will be sent during this period.
To reactivate your account after the period ends, you'll need to contact Support. We'll make sure you're genuinely ready before proceeding.
GameHub strictly does not provide services to anyone under 18. That said, we understand that if you have underage children at home, it's completely natural to have concerns as a parent. Here are some practical tips to help.
Keep your device locked with a PIN or password so your child can't easily access it. Never share your GameHub account password with anyone. Enable parental controls on your phone or computer. Have open conversations with your child about their online activity.
If you believe your child or someone you know is misusing our platform, support@gamehub-baji.comto reach us. We'll act promptly.
Many people treat "gaming" and "gambling" as the same thing, but understanding the difference is important from a responsible gaming perspective. Gaming as entertainment means enjoying yourself within a set budget — accepting that both wins and losses are a normal part of the experience. Problematic gaming begins when you're no longer playing in hopes of winning, but chasing losses to recover money you've already lost.
GameHub's Reality Check feature helps you understand that difference. By taking regular breaks and reviewing your stats, you can see for yourself where your gaming is headed.
Financial planning is the most important part of responsible gaming. Set aside a dedicated gaming budget — money you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life. The rule is simple, but sticking to it isn't always easy.
Sometimes the people closest to you notice a problem before you do. If you're worried about a loved one's gaming habits, talk to them with empathy, not judgment. Work together to find a way forward. GameHub's support team is also available to assist family members.
Remember — problematic gaming is a behavioural health issue, not a moral failing. With the right support, it's entirely possible to overcome.
Don't wait — contact us if you feel something is wrong. Our team is available 24/7 to help.
